These Terms and Conditions govern your use of McMinnville Properties LLC DBA Evergreen Events services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.




1. Program Description




McMinnville Properties LLC DBA Evergreen Events may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.




2. Consent to Receive Messages




By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize McMinnville Properties LLC DBA Evergreen Events to send text messages to your mobile number. You must be at least 18 years old to opt into our messaging programs. Consent is not a condition of purchase.




3. Opt Out




You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (503) 687-2432. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.




4. Opt In Again




If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

6. Message Frequency and Rates




As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a small number of messages related to your inquiry or service, typically no more than a few messages per month. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We held our reception and evening festivities in the mezzanine level of the Space Museum, which met our needs perfectly for layout and the size of the space. Kelsey was our coordinator and point of contact start to finish for our big day, from our initial inquiry last year all the way up to wedding day. She and her team were incredibly helpful in the planning and execution of our event, were very responsive and flexible with any requests we had, were able to provide vendor recommendations, and quickly responded to any call or message we sent their way. Our wedding ceremony took place downstairs in the museum, in front of the SR-71 aircraft, which we were so excited to be able to make happen. We had about 40 guests, and the evening was perfect. The space museum and grounds were open for guests to explore, the food was delicious and as we had planned out, pricing for the venue and services was very reasonable, and we appreciate the LGBTQ inclusivity.
